Golden Steps ABA

They allowed someone who was not on the pick up list to pick up my son. Not only that, they were invasive to my privacy and handed over documents to an unauthorized person. They’re lucky I did not report them to their higher ups, but never again will I bring my son to this facility.

This place is amazing. I highly recommend them.

My daughter has special needs above being on the spectrum and they have been amazing with her. I appreciate the communication and kindness our family has received from this facility. Highly recommend!

As a full-time stay-at-home mom, I’ve always been very protective of my children, especially when it comes to trusting others with their care. When my son was diagnosed with autism, I was scared and overwhelmed. The thought of enrolling him in ABA therapy and leaving him in someone else’s care was terrifying. But deep down, I knew I had to put my fears aside and do what was best for my son to get him the support and services he needed to thrive. After researching, I came across Golden Steps ABA, and I truly believe God led me to this center. From the very first moment, Ms. Rhonda made me feel welcome. She has such a warm and compassionate spirit, and she always takes the time to answer every question and listen to every concern. She made me and my son feel like more than just clients, I feel like family and they are apart of my son’s village. Dropping my son off doesn’t feel like I’m taking him to an ABA center. It feels like I’m taking him to a safe space filled with people who genuinely care about him and are part of his journey. Every staff member we’ve interacted with has been kind, professional, and supportive. Since starting therapy at Golden Steps ABA, I’ve seen so many positive changes in my son’s development. I am beyond grateful for the growth he’s made, and for the team that’s helping him every step of the way. I am so thankful for Golden Steps ABA, Ms. Rhonda, and everyone who’s been part of our journey.

Golden Steps ABA is an amazing location to help kids reach their developmental milestones . My son was shown so much love that always makes me feel he was at some anytime he was there. The management of Norcross branch will always remain family to me.
