My son has been with Golden steps Clarksville since 2024 and his growth definitely shows .. all the staff know him by name and he is very comfortable with his therapist even when his therapist changes he adjust very well which for me shows a lot … I love how they love my son and make him feel comfortable also while learning and meeting new milestones … Golden steps has been a huge blessing to our family and we are forever grateful!!

Our experience with Golden Steps ABA has been nothing short of amazing! After being dragged around by other providers, placed on endless waitlists, and feeling like we were constantly getting our hopes up just to be disappointed, Golden Steps was a breath of fresh air. From the very beginning, they were responsive, transparent, and actually moved things forward instead of keeping us in limbo. Most importantly, the care my son receives is outstanding. His therapists, Keshia and Celeste, are absolutely incredible. They are patient, kind, knowledgeable, and genuinely care about my son and his progress. You can tell they love what they do, and that makes all the difference. My son is comfortable with them, excited to work with them, and has made meaningful progress because of their dedication. If you’re a parent who’s tired of being waitlisted and just wants a team that truly shows up for your child, I can’t recommend Golden Steps enough. We are so grateful we finally found them.

We received services from Golden Steps ABA five days a week for approximately six months for our son. Without any prior notice or transition plan, our services were suddenly canceled the same day as a scheduled visit. We were told this was due to their head BCBA going on early pregnancy leave. After that cancellation, we never heard from the company again—no follow-up, no explanation, no assistance with continuity of care, and no notice that services were being permanently discontinued. Leaving a child without critical ABA services with zero notice shows a lack of professionalism and disregard for the child’s best interests. Families rely on consistency and communication, especially when it comes to therapeutic services. Unfortunately, that was completely absent in our experience. Based on what we went through, I would not recommend this company to families who need reliable, professional, and child-focused care.

Lauren and Loren have done incredible work with my son, and everyone at Golden Steps is very nice and supportive.

Golden steps does not make sure their patience come first. They hire inadequate therapists that drop kids in the blink of an eye and BCBA who think of one child doesn’t have as severe cases as other Patience then those parents of those Patient should be fine with them taking their children’s hrs whenever they want to give to other kids. There by causing a set back for those said children.

Holly and Nikki have been amazing to our family! They go above and beyond for my little boy and I could not ask for a better BA or RBT.
