Amazing service
Misleading company. They knew that they could not meet my child's need because they had no BCBA instead they went through the motions and then said we are not able to help but can give you recommendations. No I would not recommend Golden Steps.

Hensy was a joy to work with! Insurance can be a nightmare and she really went above and beyond for my family. She’s stayed in touch with me throughout the process and followed up with my insurance company on my behalf. She got creative and brought new ideas to the table to get my son the timely care he desperately needed. I do not know where we would be today without Hensy. Every provider I called had a 18 month to 2 year wait list until I got connected with Hensy. She made it happen!! Tears of gratitude have been shed for her and the amazing staff at Golden Steps.
Golden steps makes your child their number 1 priority. They help with the best practice in ABA therapy, staff is experienced and trained, and there is constant open communication with family and staff. They work with what works best for your schedules and are accommodating to all cultures! Golden Steps ABA truly does go above and beyond and are very passionate with what they do!

I highly recommend this company. Golden steps works hard to provide the best care for your child. They are accommodating with schedules and work with you to find the best days and times for sessions. They have a genuine passion for what they do, and genuine care for their clients. Overall a great company.
Highly recommend! The changes I have witnessed in my child since starting ABA are far beyond my expectations. My child is excited to see his RBTs even on his worst days. I was a little sceptical having someone come into my home but we had already been on a wait-list for a clinic for over a year and couldn't wait anymore...best decision ever! My child is in his comfort zone and can express himself freely. On top of everything they are so kind and make our child their priority.
