They allowed someone who was not on the pick up list to pick up my son. Not only that, they were invasive to my privacy and handed over documents to an unauthorized person. They’re lucky I did not report them to their higher ups, but never again will I bring my son to this facility.

This place is amazing. I highly recommend them.

We paid for an evaluation in August of 2024 and was told it would be 4-6 weeks before we’d begin receiving services. The Director ignored emails and finally responded before Christmas and said services would begin after the Holidays. It’s now mid-March and they continue to ignore and return phone calls… Parents seeking services for their children should avoid this place at all costs. They will take your money and give you the run around.

The inconsistency that we have experienced since being at the center, almost a year is ridiculous. My son has been passed off and passed over to so many different techs due to their own personal business needs over my son’s needs. I’m disgusted and overwhelmed with this company.

Absolutely amazing team no joke, hit me up anytime tell you the facts, my son Noah has autism and before he got into the program he had several issues non verbal to hitting other children he didn't know how to get his point across because he was non verbal. Honest to God the staff came together Miss Grace Miss Shamika and Mr. Dowi and everyone else in there to ensure my son is getting the proper learning techniques to cope in life, only 3 months later now my son's starting to speak and get along with the kids, this is more then a program or staff to me this is our family now they treat my son like there own , go over and beyond the call of duty everyday for my son Noah, Words can't even tell you how thankful and blessed we are to be in this family seeing all the drastic changes positive changes my son has now, Absolutely incredible, and well never ever forget all the love and support were getting for this program, true angles for children in need, no question and I want everyone to know there forreal, hit me up personally if you want ill tell you all about it, thank you for all the love and support,what your doing for our family is God sent.
