Little care for patients more concerned with whats in their wallets!

Not only should we be concerned a place that is supposed to help mental wants a deposit before they will schedule you, they are extremely unprofessional. I paid their deposit for my appointment, and they still canceled my appointment and gave my spot to someone else. All they could say was, sorry… 🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️🤷🏻‍♀️ I never even made it to see someone.

Went here by Dr. referral. Amber made me feel uncomfortable when expressing how I felt, kept trying to treat me for bipolar disorder just because I checked yes on a couple answers on a sheet with maybe 5 or 6 questions. She also said she couldn't actually diagnose me with anything, only being able to treat me for symptoms, which led me being on multiple vastly different medications. It made me feel like just a guinea pig. This was all in the first visit, mind you. I felt judged when answering her questions a certain way like they were never the right answer for her. They would also let me know an hour before I had to go for an appointment that Amber couldn't see me and would have to reschedule twice. She had also hinted at me being a drug addict. (I don't even do drugs) Overall the worst experiance I have ever had at a mental health facility and would never recommend this place to anyone.

We have had wonderful service from all in this office. Monica has been there even in emergency off hours.

My experience with Grace Behavioral Health has been consistently positive, thanks to their friendly and accommodating staff. From my first visit onward, everyone I've encountered has been exceptionally welcoming and attentive. The staff at Grace Behavioral Health goes above and beyond to ensure a comfortable and supportive environment. They are knowledgeable and compassionate, always taking the time to address any concerns or questions I may have. In particular, Amber has been absolutely fantastic. Her professionalism and warmth have made each interaction a pleasure. She is attentive to details and genuinely cares about the well-being of her patients.

I have been a patient for a few years. I have been doing well...medication finally at a place where it has needed to be. I recently needed a refill on my script. Was unaware that I was to be seen every 3 months and had missed an appointment. I never was contacted or the appointment would not have been missed. I tried to refill as I only had 4 more days left for my script. My provider denied it until I could be seen. I immediately call the office. Cannot get through per usual. No call back. Per usual. I got through explained that I needed to be seen ASAP. I was QUESTIONED by the receptionist as to why I wasn't already out of the medication since I missed the previously scheduled appointment. I asked if there was anything that could be given to me since it would take 2 weeks to get me in. The receptionist told me she would call back. I didn't receive a call back. I called them back on the followin Monday said they couldn't do anything. II am being seen for mental health and it was just dismissed that I would be without my medication for TWO WEEKS. I make it to my telehealth appointment today. I told Amber I had new insurance. She cut off the chat and the office called me and said they could only take a limited amount of patients with my insurance plan.Literally STILL DISMISSED ME that I have been without my medication for TWO WEEKS. Shame on YOU. You are unprofessional, you cannot communicate and no wonder there are so many people that are struggling with their mental health. You DO NOT CARE.

DO NOT RECOMMEND. My husband went here for his ADHD, at first it was fine, they gave him medication he needed and was doing better. However, he was a few minutes late for one appointment and they still put him down as a no show. Another time, he was trying to call on a Friday to cancel his appointment for Monday, but they were of course closed and there was not an option for him to leave a voicemail. Receptionist refused to let him speak to the provider Monica Johnson and said Monica already decided not to see him anymore. They are supposed to help peoples mental health, but almost gave my husband a mental breakdown because of this. DO NOT RECOMMEND
