If having immediate availability for my son wasn’t a big enough red flag, the lack of communication and compassion is another. They will send your child home weekly for an illness they don’t have. Inconsistent scheduling of techs causing unplanned days off. They can do whatever they want to get a check but as parent you have to deal with it. I don’t understand how this place is open and they definitely take advantage of people!

As a first time , naïve, vulnerable, uneducated autism parent. I 100% felt completely taken advantage of. They have rules, that they do NOT follow. Throughout the 8 months of services we received there, we saw minimum to no progress. They are strict about attendance, in regards to “insurance” not paying the employees, if patient doesn’t show. Yet, I never witnessed an employee work there longer than 2 months max. Inconsistent with communication, and data collection. The only thing they were concerned or consistent with, was making sure they had what they needed to ensure insurance was cutting them a check. Absolutely, no consideration for the client & families. Our time at Grace Behavioral Interventions was very unpleasant & unfortunate, to say the least. Hopefully any and everyone who does take a chance on them, has a much better experience & outcome.

I just called this place for information on their services and the lady that answered was very rude and nasty. If you are considering this place I would take time to do more research first.

Nice location, clean and locked up, they had to come to the door to open up for me.
