Do NOT go to this place. I reached out on one of the most stressful days of my life, trying to seek help for my mental health issues. We talked on the phone briefly Then about two hours Tonya sent A message asking for my information in which I sent. The next day, I asked if we could set up time for an appointment. She then Said that she was out of office, And after that, I did not hear from her for about a week. then when she gave me an appointment over text message, I did not see it because usually therapist call you to set up an appointment. Remind you, I live 30 minutes away from Council Bluffs. I just now seen the message and I told her I was not able to make it and she instantly said that I was not a good fit and It’s her fault. I absolutely don’t think anybody should be going to this therapist at all. Very, very unprofessional.
