I have loved my time with my therapist at Grand Peaks. Megan Thompson is an amazing human being. She is so well prepared, mindful, respectful, and genuinely shows concern for me when I fall short. She has been a great cheer leader and supporter throughout my journey of becoming a better person. She truly knows her stuff!! I highly recommend her and she is a 7+ star. Megan is genuinely happy to see me make progress but is very patient with my pace. She is understanding and such a great counselor. The staff is very polite and respectful. I am grateful for all they do! 😊🙏🏻

Amy Ohs is hands down the only person I know that holds so much strength, beauty, empathy, patience, compassion and humor while still being professional. She is built different and her fate was to be exactly who she is with what career she has. She was my therapist for 2 years. After being with others, I realized what a blessing it was that I had her in my life. (I know I was a lot at times and I’m sorry, but thank you ♥️) She is one of the only reasons that I am not in prison. She changed the trajectory of my whole life. I think about her often and cherish her close to my heart. She will go above and beyond for you. Thanks to her I’m a college graduate, business owner and successfully sober. A lot of therapists follow a protocol that is so blatantly obvious it makes you want to retract and you feel like a number BUT Her genuine kindness and love lit a spark in me and was just what I needed to open my eyes and take my life back. Some people just need to feel like someone else in this world cares about them and she did that for me. I know I’m setting the bar pretty high for her but I LOVE YOU Amy!!!! You deserve every green light, perfect shower temperature, cool pillows, a million lottery’s and 5 weeks paid vacation! P.S. I finally got braces!! 😁

K, this place is more like a probation office than a medical treatment facility. The receptionists and nurses are nice, but that's the only good thing. First off, WARNING, they will require a surprise urine sample (not mentioned before the appointment) to catch you if you "pee dirty", so they can string you along for months before prescribing ANYTHING that might actually help you stay clean- ironically- or facilitate silly things like sleep! Not professional. Not empathetic. Not logical.

I’ve been very pleased with the kindness, and welcoming vibes from both the secretary and my therapist here in Rexburg. Also, my therapist is very knowledgeable and helpful despite me being a complicated client.

The treatments are Taylor made for me, specifically, and my counselor, and I are a good fit. I am treated professionally and discreetly, and I look forward to using their services again! Definitely, five stars!

Everyone is really nice. Wonderful service. The play therapy is awesome. I have kids in Saint Anthony and Rexburg. Both places are super awesome. They also do therapy for some school's.
