This place sucks ive been trying to see a doctor for 12 days theyre denying me medical services. We dont learn anything about sobriety here just watch tv in groups

Abhorrent facility. Only interested in the money.

I would like to inform of anyone considering going to this facility be mind full in my case they kicked me out and I did nothing wrong whatsoever there excuse was I want medication compliment if that were the case the nurse would have told me rather then to allow me to cheeck my medicine and I was assaulted by someone during my stay they keep him and ruined my sobriety and they say they dont allow favoritism but this is the exact case they didn't even allow me to do a u.a to prove myself to see if my levels went up or stayed the same I asked just be mindful very very corrupted

My ID was stolen from here by the staff! They also took my meds that I came in from detox.

Been calling for weeks they took my ID which was in my wallet when they locked it up. Super upset with this facility.

Granite Mountain is where I got sober at I will have four years on March 4 of 2026!! So grateful that everybody in the staff!

DO NOT GO HERE. Half the staff has serious ego issues. Plus they only care about money. Had issue with insurance at noon. By 2 pm they made pack up and sent me to CSU which is crisis stabilization unit. Cami tried to get me to sign an ama form. I caught it and refused. She was nasty and rude. I wanted it to be completely filled out by the BHT doing it on his phone. I wanted to insure it didn’t get switched back to the Against medical advice form. She refused to let me watch. Told me I had to go and she wasn’t going to argue. It was my right as a patient to ensure it was done on the up and up. I was refused that right. So now after 5 days at a crisis unit I am out on the street. Way to go. Come to find out I have insurance. I am filing complaints. Beware of pictures. I never saw any of these wonderful scenic places. Chairs are disgusting we sit on. Toilets backed up. If they don’t like you…. Out you go. BHTs offering clients CBD gummies. Do your research. This is a business that is all about money.

Friendly, supportive, professtional, caring staff.they are on top of any situation and put inplace an orginized and effective program. It was a life changing experience and im so glad I was lucky enough to go as a client/ patient. They treated me with the upmost respect . I learned so much . Thank you GMBH. Thanks for the "trip to thel lake " it was beautiful..
