Our experience with Great Lakes was wonderful, thanks to our BCBA, Kirsten. She was dependable, professional, a highly intelligent problem solver, and trustworthy. My daughter took to her right away and worked with her nicely. My daughter's behavioral and communication problems were improved in a very short time. Kirsten is a true gem and this company should be thrilled to have her! My daughter is back in school now and has transitioned pretty well considering her challenges.
