Wonderful experience! Exceptional staff! Would %100 recommend!
Very irritated with the provider. We started receiving ST and OT services with Great strides in Jan 2024 and left because my kids didn't seem to get along very well with the providers. I then switched to Pediatric Therapy Associates and was receiving ST and OT until their ST resigned in sep 2024. They just told us PTA merged with GSR and the speech therapy and occupational therapy would continue through them. They now placed my kids on another waiting list again and they have not received any ST services in 2 months. Very disappointed in this process and the merger of companies resulted in my kids losing any help or services. I don't recommend this practice for your kids. The system is very unorganized
Edit a year later: Jerry never fixed anything. We still do not have a PT on site and have lost another SP. We never did get the full schedule for the therapist on site we were meant to get and no one got the schedule set for appointments to be together. In over a year's time, they should have been able to get all of the above worked out. They also can not stay on top of the insurance. One child has lost all services because they failed to keep up. The other will be put on pause for them to figure out what they need to do. It is not run well at all which is a shame as the therapist, when they can keep them, tend to be fantastic for the children. Edit: Jerry did reach out to me within 3 hours of the review being posted and is working on a solution. I will update this review based on how everything is managed. Origional: Therapists are wonderful, however management does not care about the clients at all. They will move therapists from one location to another, and any child on the case load is put on a waiting list if something becomes available with the therapists already in the building with full case loads. They also decided to not replace physical therapy at all at this location so the children on that case load have zero recourse. If you need more than 1 time a week, it is an issue getting scheduled even when it is on a newly hired therapists schedule as they pull new clients in versus serving the ones they already have. Management does NOT care about your childs needs, regression due to their choices on moving therapist without coverage for the current case load, your schedules, etc. I recommend the therapists on staff 100%, but if you can not rely on the company to keep them in one location or have a plan in place for the clients currently receiving services to continue on if they move the therapist to another building, it doesn't matter how great the therapists are because you won't be seeing them or have consistency.
Angela is wonderful and has been working with my son for 2 years and has made wonderful progress with his development
My daughter worked with Ms Daphnee to improve her pronunciation skills and we could not be happier. Ms Daphnee was enthusiastic and happy to see my daughter every session. Her positive attitude and ability to connect with children was so refreshing. Ms Daphnee was able to teach our daughter quickly and teach her techniques that we were not capable of. Highly recommend Pediatric Therapy Associates and Ms Daphnee for children's speech therapy!
Angela (OT) and Daphne (Speech) are amazing. My child has made great progress since starting his therapy with them. It’s obvious that they take pride in their career and truly care about the children that they work with. I 100% recommend them both to anyone!
My son sees Jenna Levine for speech therapy! I couldn’t be happier. At first I was nervous! My son is super shy. Jenna is super patient, and is able to help him improve significantly. He gets super excited when he sees her! My son also sees Amy Kingsworth for occupational therapy! He totally enjoys his time with her as well. Jenna and Amy are able to work together to give me back to back appointments so I don’t have to go two separate times. Overall, I feel comfortable and my son loves it!
My son has been in Teletherapy with Mrs. Kat for almost a year now and we love her. She is super nice, makes each session interesting so my son is engaged at all times. She is very accommodating with the schedule. I like that I’m able to hear everything that she works with my son so I can practice with him. As for the company it was very easy the process to start the speech therapy. We didn’t have to wait long months to start and that was a plus. And the fact that they offer teletherapy is a plus specially in this pandemic time we are living. I would recommend this place a 100%.
