My primary provider, 5/5 the clinic 0/5. You will meet a great person who will help plan out the care you need… but you will NEVER actually receive any care. Referrals will never actually get processed, appointments will never get set. When you call in you will wait a half hour to talk to a person who will tell you they have no record of your referrals. Eventually you will just pay out of pocket. Everyone you meet will be very nice everyone you talk to will want to help you, but no one actually can because of how poorly this place is run. If your health insurance is accepted anywhere else you should go be a patient Because health insurance, no matter how good it is, will not get you treated here. They will tell you they will treat you, but they will never actually help you get better even though I’m sure they want to.
They do not return calls or messages through the patient portal, yet on their website they're advertising for new patients. That's incredibly insulting when they obviously don't care at all about the patients they already have. What is going on with this practice????

Top notch care. Every provider I’ve seen is welcoming and judgement free. If you’re an existing patient you can be seen usually within a day or so.
I’ve been going here for years. Lori saved my life! She is very attentive and goes above and beyond. I also see Dr Estrada and she is top notch. Excellent all around.
Absolutely willing to help you with whatever issues you're dealing with. Friendly and warm. I definitely recommend trying this service... been there for 3 years... still going. Surprisingly has primary care as well as mental health care... affordable and willing to work with sliding scales. I hope you get a chance to experience it for yourself. As far as the 2 complaints regarding call backs... I have always been called back within a reasonable amount of time. ... there is a catch, when you leave a voicemail, be available for the return call, it will come.
One star because it is the lowest available...just like the care you get. Never. Ever return calls. Ever. Portal doesn’t work. Seriously?
