My family loves Green Box & so does my 3 ASD kids!

I am writing to share my experience with the ABA therapy provider my daughter has been seeing. Unfortunately, my recent interactions have left me with a very negative impression. Two weeks ago, on a Thursday, I received a call from the office from Mr. Richardson. He explained that one of our therapists could no longer provide services for my daughter due to the long commute, which was causing her exhaustion. I gave him my availability and said I would call back on Monday. When I called back on Monday, Mr. Richardson was incredibly unprofessional and rude. I asked when services would stop, and he said immediately. I expressed that this was highly unprofessional and unacceptable, as there was no notice given. He responded that if he had been involved from the beginning, this would never have happened. As a parent of a child with autism, I understand how difficult it is to find a therapist, and I am aware of the long waiting lists. This is not something the company was unaware of when they took our case. They have failed my daughter and made me feel as though we were less important. It is frustrating, especially since we waited a long time to be accepted into this program, and now we have been left without support. This experience has been deeply disappointing, and I hope the company will address these issues to prevent other families from going through the same situation.

Highly recommend this place. They are truly making a positive impact on only in children's lives but the community.
