Jessica who works here is extremely rude. Every time I have came is she has been extremely inconsiderate and makes me feel so unwelcome. Either fire her or tell her to smile because it’s not like we are forcing her to work there.
Staff is great but wait times are terrible. Workers trying but not enough people to get people in and out quickly
The staff is amazing.
The staff is friendly, kind, professional, personable, and fun. The company tries to come up with fun incentives to keep people donating. It would be great if they would use the tv screens for some good movies!
As someone who donates twice a week it would be nice if the TVs were playing actual movies. If the music would come back too that would be awesome. I love the staff they are great but it be nice if Grifols made the environment more welcoming.
Jay & Taylor are the absolute best. They always make donating a pleasant and comfortable experience. I’m always excited for my visit to the plasma center to see them.
First time donor (at this center). Jereme was super helpful and friendly getting me registered. I hate finger pokes, but don’t mind the donation portion at all. They were very helpful in accommodating by doing my blood pressure / pulse first as the longer I wait the higher my pulse goes up in anticipation. Registration was a breeze, as was the donation process. My husband who had poor experiences elsewhere and said he’d “never donate” again is now considering trying out this location since I had such a great experience.
