Gritman Medical Center: Moscow Family Medicine Downtown

The departments at Gritman do not know how to communicate with each other. If you want any labs done, or god forbid UPDATES on said labs.. you have to call every day and pester someone in office to send messages for you for any communication to actually happen. It took 2 weeks to get a referral written for PT and two more weeks of pestering the office to get Michelle Hazen to write a referral for an MRI. Finally she wrote it, a while later I was told by Hazen the referral was denied… only to find out 5 MONTHS LATER it was actually approved and she failed to communicate that with me or the actual referral department at Gritman. The approved referral was not put in MyChart. So much time wasted. I have spent this month trying to get a new referral because I had no idea about any of this. Could have actually gotten in who knows how many months ago had she actually done what she was supposed to do, and now I have to call every day to hopefully get this dang thing renewed. I have switched my gp and would not recommend Hazen. Gritman cannot do anything in a timely manner. They have no sense of urgency whatsoever. The only reason I am giving gritman any stars at all is because I have hope my new gp will be better, and there are many people who work at the front desk that are kind and doing what they can to help.

Dr Day, our pediatrician is AMAZING. She saved our sons life and has been there for us every step of the way. We cannot thank her enough!!

I highly recommend Dr. Sautter. She truly cares, takes time during appointments, and really listens. She's always helpful. Gritman Medical Center is lucky to have her, and I hope she stays there for a long time.

Terrible service. One doctor never worked on the issue that I had. Telling me all kind of bullshit. They also never sent me or my chiropractor my x-rays that I paid for. And now they called me when I was half way to the clinic to reschedule (I live an hour away from the clinic). But if I will have to reschedule, I need to give them 24 hour notice. Only had good experience with one doctor there. Unfortunately she retired few years ago.

I had been a firm admirer of service at the Gritman Medical Center but past few recent services have been a disgrace to be honest. I got my appointment rescheduled for a delay in showing up 10mins late due to class in the morning but have to wait a lot on my next appointment. I needed a document to be signed by primary health care provider before April 30th but my appointment gets rescheduled after that. I get the service on May 1/2 that post the requirement and get the documents just handed like a sheet of paper, not enclosed at-least in an envelope that too not officially stamped. When asked about they ask to lookup the care provider if necessary than providing what’s asked for and that’s needed for official service. I have massive respect, appreciation to the care provider but when confronted about it and the reception, they made me wait hell of a time. This could have been much better experience but sadly one of the worst and honestly very disappointed and dissatisfied. Appreciate the service, care and support.

Michelle Hazen is my primary care provider. She is the best Primary Care provider I have ever been to. No one is more compassionate and caring than her. I have received the best medical treatment of my life with her. I will only ever be seeing her for the foreseeable future. Michelle has helped me with some of the most difficult health challenges of my life and I am extremely grateful for her expertise and world class care. Additionally, I have only ever had positive experiences with Gritman facilities in the past (been probably 15-20 times). I hope people reading reviews of Gritman Clinics will put little weight on the negative reviews, as I have never had any problems whatsoever. In fact, I would say I have only had excellent experiences with Gritman, especially the primary care provided by Michelle.
