I do not recommend this place or Brooklyn as a provider. We had a family emergency resulting in our first ever no show appt (I confirmed this to be certain) The following week when we went to the appt, my 14 year old was turned away. We waited to hear back about the appts and were told we couldn’t continue our reoccurring appts until we had 5 randomly scheduled appts. Appalling to be treated that way after one incident in several months. She also mentioned that we had been late a few times, this is true we have ranged from 5-10 minutes late a handful of times, due to my daughters anxiety being so bad coming to the appt that she makes herself sick. All of this has been discussed and given that she is a mental health provider, one would think she’d understand that. My daughter reported that she rarely gave feedback and it felt like she was talking to a wall. This was my experience during check-ins with her, as well. Short of the receptionist, Chris, nothing helpful came from our time with them. Do yourself a favor and look elsewhere.
Amazing, caring staff. Very professional and helpful. Honest and upfront. If you are looking to heal and overcome, I highly recommend! I wouldn't go anywhere else
