Guidepost Pediatric Therapies and Educational Services

Guidepost Pediatrics has been wonderful. My daughter has loved it there. Miss Sherri has been helpful and kind and the owner, Susan has been very welcoming. All the staff there are so patient and it has been a very positive experience.

Mis Melissa works the front desk and goes above and beyond every time I've seen her or spoken to her she is always very friendly informative and happy to help in any way that she can.

We’ve been with Susan and Guidepost for over two years now and it’s been a great experience for our kids. Guidepost worked to pair each kid with a therapist that was a good fit for their individual needs and personalities. My kids have really loved Ms. Laura and have grown more confident. Guidepost got us in quickly and we’ve been able to access therapies weekly, leading to measured improvement that we weren’t seeing beforehand. Thank you, Susan, Ms. Laura, and the whole Guidepost Team! We are grateful and thankful for your positive impact on our kids.

Looking for more info on this practice I discovered they aren’t BBB accredited. Tried looking at reviews on multiple social media sites and online across Google and health grade sites only to discover a lack of information wherever I looked. Google reviews do not seem accurate as every negative review seems to be dismissed or reported and this is the ONLY source of any reviews from real people. Unfortunately because of these reasons I will be looking elsewhere.

My grandson Has had nothing but a positive experience here from the start. Very well established treatment plans that address my grandson’s issues. The therapist are very great patient and compassionate and encouraging during every session. When you walk through the doors, you can tell there’s been a lot of care taken, and the environment is open and will coming to the children they serve. We are grateful for all that they’ve done for him and his progress has been outstanding.

We have LOVED our experience with physical therapy at Guidepost. Our daughter has benefited greatly from Jess' treatment and compassion. Jess takes the time to implement strategies very specific to our child and her sensory needs. The owner and front desk have been understanding when we have had to cancel and are flexible with our payment options. We are so thankful to receive care at Guidepost!

My son started with Guidepost Pediatrics back in July. After his 4month check up we were concerned he would need helmet therapy. I was referred to a different office where they were not going to be able to get him in until September (losing lots of valuable time to help correct these concerns.) I called around to different offices and found Guidepost. I spoke directly with Susan who stated that they would be able to get our kiddo in very soon. He was seen and evaluated by Dr. Jessica within a week of getting the referral. Our experience since has been absolutely wonderful! Susan puts a lot of work into making sure her staff have the tools needed to work with all the children they serve. She also puts a lot of work into keeping the office welcoming and clean. Walking into his PT office gives me a sense of calming and relief that I don't often feel. Since starting here he has grown and acquired so many skills. All of the staff including Ms. Susan get excited when he meets new skills, he loves the kudos and attention. He gets excited about going in and seeing all of the staff!
