Tyler and Patrick went out of their way in my opinion to help me. They answered my questions about my Ranger. It was very to have questions answered and deal with a bunch of B.S.
RZR XP 1000 was due for front axles to be replaced. First one done we were removing second and found that the spindle bearing was bad. Saturday afternoon we call up Guys and get Patrick. Hey do you have any bearing in stock and can you press it in for us, was my question? Yes we do and bring it on in. Outstanding customer focus thank you to all the hard working Employees at Guys Outdoors. A must use stop if your into the outdoors all seasons toys.
Was shopping for an ATV for my son's Christmas gift and Guy's Outdoor had what I was looking for in stock at the price I was looking to pay. Our salesperson Haileigh was great to work with. She was attentive and able to answer all of my questions through their texting system and when we arrived at the store to do paperwork she was very kind and made sure we felt welcome in the store (it was Black Friday and they were extremely busy). In the end she was able to save us on some of the fees and I walked out feeling like I got a great deal along with great customer service. Tyler at the service & parts counter was awesome. He was able to deliver the machine to my house in Colfax, walk me through all of the functions and helped me hide it away. I am very appreciative of Haileigh and Tyler and Guy's Outdoor.
Heart of Gold!! Got us back on the road, thanks to 'Little Tyler' in parts department. A mechanical issue on an almost new adventure bike put us in danger. Tyler came out in the rain, tools in hand, and fixed it enough so we can finish the ride!! We couldn't thank you enough. Seriously.
Everyone here is amazing!!!! When we first arrived to shop for bikes we didn’t feel any pressure into buying one, they all were telling us their stories about getting into motorcycles, and the bikes were priced pretty well. Then you have the shop, these guys are great and super caring, this is a crew that wants you to love Motorsports. They listen to your concerns and go into the details on the bike. Jr. took the time and helped us learn a little more about gear like how it should fit, pros and cons about each material, and gadgets. He’s been our go to person when we come in. I’m very happy we bought our bikes here, this is a great group of people and we will definitely be back when it’s time to upgrade!
