I felt such a warm aura just entering the place. Ease and kindness seemed present. I loved them!

I like the setting very much, but I didn't come to be socializing and advertising my life story to everyone as specially when my case is worker's and therapist decide to ask you personal questions that has nothing to do with your Worker's Compensation case. The place is very clean some of the people are just amazing to vibe with especially when you mind your own business and try not to get to get personal. I giving you 4 stars for now. Have a bless day .

Everyone that works here is amazing at what they do. Knowledgable personable friendly and committed to making you healthy again. Not often you get a staff like this. It’s a breath of fresh air to see a company that truly cares about customer service. I thank each one of them for their outstanding service and dedication. Russ

I would not recommend hand therapy. My doctor advised me to visit a hand therapist and have a monster cast applied due to my postoperative surgery. I underwent a reconstruction of my left wrist. I spoke with the individual who would apply my cast. She informed me that insurance does not cover this procedure and requested a payment of $200. However, I inquired if she accepted Blue Cross Blue Shield PPO and Medicare, and she confirmed that she did. Nevertheless, she did not submit the claim to the insurance company after applying the cast. Consequently, I proceeded with paying the $200. She suggested that I could submit the claim myself and check if it was covered by my insurance. I promptly returned home and contacted my insurance company. I spoke with an agent who confirmed that postoperative casts are covered under my policy. However, I subsequently spoke with a person who answered the phone and informed me that the claim would not be submitted until Monday because everyone had gone for the day. This incident occurred in March, and to this day, the claim has not been submitted to my insurance company.

Every one of the therapists are very good! They are kind and caring even when the therapy is very painful for you and feels like torture! They talk to you, make you laugh....they have big hearts!

Barb and her team are some of the kindest people in SW Florida. This is an incredibly charming and professional establishment that works wonders. 10/10

I thought Mexico Lindo took my life away. And you gave it back. I know we have more work to do, but what has been accomplished in 3 weeks…. I am so grateful my orthopedic doctor recommended you. Your patience, personality, skills (and of course Hemi) saved me. I felt like I was never going to be able to use my arm again. Thank you, Barb!
