I've been waiting a month for a diagnosis, or whatever the wait is, to get my child therapy. Nothing's happening. I call and they tell me they're not at reception, like they're trying to create a bad reputation for customer service. It wasn't like this before. I hope they improve. I'll change places, even if it's far away.

I do not recommend this agency at all, it is the worst. I sent the referral and my children's insurance card 2 months ago. When I sent it, I called to confirm if they received it, the girl told me yes. She told me that the waiting time was 2 months. On the 14th of this month, the 2 months will be up. I called the site to find out what I had to do to start the therapies. The girl told me that the internet was failing and that she would call me. After a day, I did not receive a call. Today I called again 2 times and left a message, but they did not answer me at all. It is the worst service I have ever had.

My son loves his speech therapist Ley! She is super sweet and so kind to my son since i switched my son to Happy Learning I seriously love it here! And Maria is so sweet and helpful i HIGHLY recommend Happy Learning I know it can be so frustrating to find the right place for Your little ones but I promise you this is the BEST place ever.

I don't usually do reviews, but I must say this company has left us speechless! From the the moment we walked in. The service was spectacular, we were taken care of promptly. The therapist that assisted us was a total gem! The process was easy I actually felt as if we were taken care of with so much attention. Without any hesitation i recommend this location for all your speech therapy needs!
