Dr.Hasan spoke to me in a fairly condescending way it felt like i was talking to a brick wall and when she did finally decide to prescribe me something when i went to pick it up they said they needed prior authorization and when calling the insurance to see whats going on as to why this happened they said "Dr.Hasan left the reasoning form blank" so it was inevitable that i was going to get nothing
I’ve been going to Harmonious Mind for a long time, many years, I am satisfied with their service, I like my doctor and we seem to work well together. I would recommend them to everyone. They really seem to care about the patient, which is rare these days, when most doctors offices want to get you in and out fast, at Harmonious Mind take their time and really get to know and understand you and your problems.

Dr. Wadwha always perseveres in resolving concerns. Great experience with her.
I had a very disappointing experience with this psychiatric practice. From the moment we interacted with the office, the lack of professionalism was evident. The secretary was unbelievably rude and dismissive, making an already stressful situation even worse. There was no empathy, patience, or basic courtesy shown at any point. Unfortunately, the appointment itself was just as frustrating. The doctor spent more time focused on her phone and computer than actually engaging with my son. We did not feel heard, valued, or respected as patients. It felt rushed and impersonal, which is unacceptable in a mental health setting. To make matters worse, the doctor repeatedly tried to prescribe the same medication even after being clearly told multiple times that it had not worked for my son in the past. This raised serious concerns about whether our concerns were being listened to or documented at all. Mental health care requires attentiveness, compassion, and communication—none of which we experienced here. I would not recommend this practice to families seeking thoughtful and patient-centered care.
Dr. Wadhwa is an excellent physician that’s very knowledgeable. The doctor is very professional, caring and understanding with all her patients. The only suggestion that I would have is having earlier appointments begin @8:00 am because it’s very difficult the appointments in the hours beginning at 9:45 am and later. If this adjustment can be made beginning to see patients by 8:00 am will improve and better the services at Dr. Wadhwa. Dr. Wadhwa needs to really think about these changes to better the services in her practice. Besides the late hours that she should change. Her professional knowledge is excellent with all her patients. The staff at this facility are the most compassionate people I have met. Keep up the outstanding work but make the hours change to earlier in the morning. If these changes are made this office will definitely flourish and help all those in need. Thank you so much for your professional knowledge. Keep up the good work with all your outstanding work Dr. Wadhwa and your staff who are very professional at what you do. I am definitely a happy patient.
Dr Wadhwa and the entire staff continue to do an excellent job. Everyone is quite friendly and it’s convenient to do Telehealth visits. I have been a patient for many years and Harmonious Mind is a top notch provider!
I have been treated exceptionally well by my providers here. I was lucky enough to do TMS the summer of 2024 and feel so much better!!!!!!!!
I called to try and make an appointment through them, and I spoke to Barbara on the phone and she was very rude, her attitude wasn’t friendly at all. I asked her if they offer telehealth appointments and she said yes, then I asked her if they offer it in md and she was like no very rudely. Pretty sad when someone is trying to call and reach out for help. Sadly this is why people don’t reach out for so called “help” and take other matters.
While the service here is usually acceptable (hard emphasis on “usually”), lately it has become absolutely atrocious. The first major issue was when they refused to complete a prior authorization for a medication they themselves recommended. Instead, they suggested I admit my daughter to Rockford because “they can get her on the meds faster.” That’s absurd — my child did not require hospitalization. She wasn’t a danger to herself or anyone else. In my understanding, the doctor who recommends a treatment is also responsible for managing the necessary authorizations. I already had a terrible experience with Rockford following their advice once before. It was a miserable week that did nothing to stabilize her. After that, they recommended Meadow Wood instead — only to tell me she was too young for their program (13+). Next, they pointed me toward a hospital in Dover for a day program. I live in Wilmington. Does anyone realize how unrealistic it is to drive four hours round trip every single day? Laughable. Then came the final straw. After waiting over an hour for the doctor to join our telehealth session, we were told to wait another 20 minutes. Fine — we waited. Finally, an hour and twenty minutes past our scheduled appointment, the doctor joined… only to disconnect immediately because she “couldn’t hear” my daughter. We were no longer at home by that point, which I understand. But trying to reconnect was impossible. We left multiple messages (both before and after the session), sent chat updates asking for status, and got zero response. No callbacks, no emails, no follow-up whatsoever. Completely unacceptable for an office of supposed mental health “professionals.” The staff are friendly, yes — but “incompetent” is unfortunately the most accurate word I can use. Save yourself the headache and go to ChristianaCare Behavioral Health instead. Your sanity (and patience) will thank you.
