Therapy has made me realize that healing isn’t about perfection—it’s about progress. I’m learning new ways to cope, and I feel stronger for it. My life isn’t perfect, but it’s definitely better than it used to be.

Therapy has given me tools I never had before—ways to deal with anxiety, frustration, and even days when I feel down. It’s not about being perfect, but I finally feel like I can cope without shutting down.

Therapy has given me back small joys I forgot about. Laughing with friends, focusing at work, even enjoying quiet moments—I don’t take them for granted anymore.

I wish I could give a zero. Shame on this company. 2 weeks ago, I called. they sent me papers from their portal. I was unable to get in. Called, on hold for 1 hour, then recalled and on hold 45 minutes and they resent. I filled out all (or so I thought). day of appointment, I could not get in the zoom link, so I called, while on hold for 15 minutes, the therapist called. she informed me, I never signed papers properly. Why did no one call? Shame on them. And they best not charge me for all this additional stress, anxiety caused. SHAME ON THEM!!! Do not deal with Harmony Bay

Don't bother. Need a refill? Medication management line never answers and never calls you back. Need an appointment? You get a cancellation day of. Need that appointment for the refill medication management has ghosted you on? Too bad. You'll have to schedule the appointment online 2-3 weeks in the future and hope you don't get cancelled on day of. Need that medication within those 2-3 weeks? Oh well, they can't do anything about it. Just sad, I never dealt with a place like this and am sorry for myself for staying as a patient for as long as I did.

My TMS experience has changed my life, after years of struggling it feels almost unreal that my depression has decreased so much. I have been telling everyone I know to look into TMS because if you are a candidate, you should absolutely try it— it can change your world. Not only has the treatment made a huge positive impact but everyone at harmony bay is so kind and friendly, which makes the entire process easier and more comfortable. From the start the team is not only welcoming but informative, patient and knowledgeable. I am very grateful to have chosen harmony bay for my treatment.

I used to believe that therapy was unnecessary, but after moving to the United States alone and feeling lonely without anyone to confide in, I realized its importance. I found Harmony Bay on Zocdoc, and I am thankful for the therapist who has been there for me. I now look forward to our sessions and find them to be a safe space where I can express my feelings. Having someone who listens and guides me through this process has been incredibly helpful.
