I can’t believe I’m just now getting around to writing this review, our little man has been going to Harmony for nearly a year, and WOW, what a difference that time has made. When we pull up into the parking lot for drop off he is ready to be out of the car and go inside. He, and we, just adore his therapists, and they’re all so involved in his programming, and communication is huge to us, and they communicate amongst each other and with us so well. They are open and transparent, and have worked with us with any and every concern we have had. I love that they are a small clinic and you don’t feel like you’re just another number on a list. He has made huge strides in this past year, it’s almost like and night from when he first began ABA. We are truly thankful, and appreciate the hard work, care, support, encouragement and kindness they show and give our son. I really hope that I convey that to them enough, his progress is a testament to them. Thank you again for everything that you do.

This place has been truly life changing for our family!! Coming from years of nightmare after nightmare dealing with many other therapy providers in the greater Louisville area, Harmony Behavioral Services in Crestwood, KY has been a ray of sunshine in the darkness! Every single person who works here truly loves their job and cares about these kiddos. In just a few short months at Harmony, our son, who is high on the spectrum, has gone from basically completely unable to communicate his needs to us at all at 4 years old, to communicating almost every need on a daily basis and MORE! He has opened up so much and is absolutely thriving with the help of these amazing humans at Harmony Behavioral Services and I can't thank them enough for their amazing work! There is no better choice for your children than Harmony!! The smile on his face says it all!

We were the first clients at this clinic, since 2021, we believed in them and there vision and trusted them with our son, he was doing part time ABA and was progressing really well, until we took a 2 months vacation, and were promised that they will keep his spot available, but when we came back they started coming up with different excuses like our son was not making progress and the fact that he needs full ABA which they do not offer at their clinic. Our son was making good progress based on their reports, they did not give us a time frame to at least find a new place for our son, this can clinic is unprofessional, we felt discriminated, and not unwelcome.

Harmony has been an absolute amazing experience for our family. They are professional, caring, compassionate, and extremely dedicated to each and every client. Our son has made amazing progress since being at Harmony. I can’t recommend them enough.
