Healing Hands Pediatrics

All 3 of my girls have gone to Healing Hands for years. We are very impressed by the Drs and NPs knowledge, diligence, and reassurance. I always trust them with my babies!

They pick and choose who the Dr wants to help. They are clearly too busy for some patients and it’s unfair.

They're nice people. Very helpful in person. Wait time for an appointment is months currebtly though. But dont try to reach out over the phone. The response time is disgusting. Last time I called in about an issue with my 1 month old daughter it took them over a week to respond back to me. I've just called again today about her, this time shes only 3 months old. And I've been waiting hours. Will update on how long this callback takes to come in. Would not recommend if your child gets sick outside of a scheduled appointment.

We love Mrs.Calloway. She always listens to my concerns regarding my boys and the staff is very nice.

I absolutely respect and love Dr. Calloway! She is one of the best doctors (pediatrics) in the city. She explains in detail and educates you during the visit. She goes above and beyond and I appreciate her for it!

I haven't had the pleasure of having her as my children's doctor but my sister has & a friend of mine has. And every time they have mentioned Dr. Tracy & the office personnel they say nothing but AMAZING things! They mention how she truly cares for her tiny patients & how she goes above & beyond for them to make sure her tiny patients are taken care of. Truly an amazing doctor!

We love Dr. Calloway and all of the staff at Healing Hands. We used Dr. Baker prior, and loved her too, but with her having to leave, we couldn’t have asked for a better peds doc to take over. She is attentive, kind, and makes everyone feel like family.

Dr. Calloway is the best! She is very thorough, takes her time and does not make you feel rushed. She genuinely listens and respects your concerns. We moved 2 hours away, about a year ago, and we’re still using her!!!

We absolutely love Dr. Calloway and her staff. From the time you make your appointment to the actual appointment you get everything you need for your child. Dr. Calloway is the best pedi in our area. She truly cares about your child and makes sure all their medical needs are taken care of each time. I highly recommend her and her fantastic staff for all your kids medical needs.
