I recently got a Vitamin D and B shot at the healing hub now that the sun has retreated for the winter! I had a morning appointment so I also did the alpha stim and red light therapy and felt incredible the rest of the day! Would highly recommend!

They are amazing to my son! We were having issues with mental health with him as I have cancer and he’s only 12 but he’s been going here for a while now and I see a huge change in him and his attitude! I am greatful for how fast and professional they were with hearing out and getting us in fast! Not only did they get us in fast but she is amazing to work with she has helped me to with my own issues 😂 she made me realize I need someone to talk to also and now I am going to be getting in myself. So happy with this place 100% would recommend for children and adults!

We had our first appointment then other day and Jenna and Jefferson were amazing! We cannot wait to start our journey here!
I received services and then got to a point where I struggled to pay the fees. They had my card on file and had previously contacted me in months before to ask if I can make a payment before charging my card... In the past, if I had it, I would make a payment. Then, one day, I'm at the grocery store trying to buy toilet paper and tampons, and my card declines. I leave the store to figure out why and I see that Healing Hub charged my card $100 of my owed balance WITHOUT CALLING ME TO GET AUTHORIZATION OR PERMISSION OR TO EVEN NOTIFY ME THAT THEY WERE DOING SO!!!! It has been at least 2 months since they last contacted me to ask for a payment, and they should have, at minimum, called me before just taking it upon themselves to charge my card without my authorization!! This is horrible business practice and made it so I couldn't even buy toilet paper or tampons. NECESSITIES!!! ***edited to add this... I received a return call from the business a day after leaving a voicemail and they informed me that "they didn't know why, but their 'system' had done it to me and 6 other accounts" and that they would have refunded me if I had not filed a dispute with the bank. I informed them that I tried contacting them several times before contacting the bank with no return call. The lady informed me that she was in the office until 6p that day but was "too busy to return my call (or answer my multiple calls) because she's the only one that works" I suggested to her that she hire another receptionist if she can't handle receiving and returning calls and work the desk checking in and out people... that even hiring part-time help would benefit her. She responded with, "We can't afford that." (They charge $150 per session per person and can't afford another part-time receptionist being so booked and busy???) I also informed her that had I received a return call in a timely manner, then I wouldn't have had a need to call my bank and dispute it. This negative encounter could have been avoided had they had simply returned my call before the end of the business day (not "within 24hrs"). People (not even them) don't wait that long to try and get back their money that wasn't supposed to be taken, especially without permission!
I have been working with Jenna Praggastis and have greatly enjoyed my time with her. I have worked with numerous counselors throughout the years as I have moved from state to state and have been happy to have the opportunity to work with her. She has a fresh perspective on life events and is eager to help me problem-solve through my hurdles as they come. She has lots of great ideas and does really "get me". I would be happy to recommend Jenna to anyone seeking therapy. Healing Hub has a great patient portal that makes it easy to request appointment times and pay my bill. Very user friendly!
Very disappointed in service and professionalism. (I would rate at zero stars, but I could not post without adding at least one star). 1. Took over a week to respond to my inquiry I submitted online on their portal. 2. Then, staffing issue required rescheduling of the first appointments for my children. 3. Finally, significant display of unprofessionalism. The office staff called to officially cancel one of the rescheduled initial appointments two days prior to the appointment due to some unfortunate event with the owner of the practice. the conversation ended abruptly with the staff member hanging up on me. I phoned back and got voice mail. I left a message with them to return my call due to being unexpectedly disconnected (giving them the benefit of the doubt). I have yet to receive a call back. 4. I logged into my online portal to discover the initial appointment I had for my other child was cancelled without my notice. I completely understand that things happen, but as a service industry especially one related to mental health, there is a need for utmost professionalism and follow through. I will NOT be trusting them with my children's mental health needs, nor will I recommend and let my source know that recommended them to me know my experience with this practice.
