A number of these field offices don’t accept phone calls anymore. I decided to go there in person to see if they were still around. They were and very helpful. They have extended hours even on most weekends (I’m not sure about holiday weekends).
Do not go to this office they have no idea what they're doing I went in to get a specific type of paperwork and they thought I was looking for information very disrespectful
A lot of people whine about their problems About this place, but this office seems pretty legit Quick and fast.
Garbage office, phone number provided cannot be completed. When you can get through from other sources they say and I quotes who the hell is calling" and then hang up immediately. If you need state services I'd recommend moving to another state. Or at least somewhere other than Anaconda, MT.
Submitted my paperwork to this office 3 times in one month. just to find out. none of it was submitted and my benefits were cut off at end of month. Great job helping your local community
Trying to get a hold of someone here about Medicaid and keep getting a recording saying my call cannot be completed as dialed. I dialed the number listed on here. I also called the 1-888 number that was on my notification that I received in the mail. I need to talk to a person locally about MEDICAID - Not Marketplace Insurance! I'm not dealing with the damn runaround!
