If I could give it 0 * I would! I tried refilling my prescription omeprazole for acid reflux and told them I just seen them 6 months ago and they told me I HAD to see them in person or they wouldn't refill my medication. Took 3 minutes and just got a bill for $275 for prescription omeprazole!? Thieves in my book. The whole time all the doctor did was try to up sell their services, all they care about is money

I have been bringing my developmentally disabled aunt here for the last 6 years at least every 3 months for labs and checkups. Dr. Kjos and her nurse, Stephanie are so patient, knowledgeable and kind. The receptionists and lab workers have always been efficient and kind. I really appreciate the care that we receive here.

Absolutely abysmal. I had an appointment here once, and the doctor was downright rude and condescending. She made me feel like I was some tweaker because I was trying to get a controlled substance refilled. (I had just moved here from out-of-state). I asked about taking an allergy test, and she was rude about that too? 🙄 I don't remember her name but she had a thick accent and wore way too much perfume. Overall awful experience. I never returned here. There are plenty of other good providers in town, don't waste your time here.
They don't care what you have going on mentally, they will ban you just because they only care about who can pay what. I was in the middle of a mental breakdown and they couldn't have cared less. They called me later in the day and banned me from their clinic. It was the day after I found my mom dead.
