I have a sinus infection. Got an appointment same day. Check in was easy, front desk, Chrissy was courteous and efficient. My wait time was less than 10 min from the time I checked in until I was called back. Jasmine asked me a ton of questions and took my vitals. Alex NP was caring and through and I felt my time was valuable and I was heard. My treatment plan was well explained and Alex asked if I had any further questions. Very efficient team. After I left, I went to the pharmacy and they had my scripts in que- but got them ready (30 min) and I was on my way home. Thank you.

They just want money

Every time I get a redeeming opinion of this place, the team there seems to shatter it. I have had a doctor intentional make me cry as "motivation" while multiple nurses at this point have audibly laughed at what I have to say both behind closed doors and in front of me for things that would be correctly diagnosed as actual disorders needing medication and treatment by St. Elizabeth's. Without walk-ins, I would literally never ever return. Most recently, I needed a test done and they ran hundreds of dollars worth of other tests but they apparently didn't have the one I needed, which meant I needed to go externally to get the test I actually needed done. I also get incredibly contradicting information depending on who I see. I likely save no money coming here in the end due to a lack of competence and while walk-ins are convenient, lack of kindness is another cost. There are kind and helpful people there I might recommend as individual clinicians, but they are far and few between and hidden by those that lack human compassion in an industry that requires it. A special note to the woman manning the nurse phone line when people call in scripts or have questions - laughing at the requests is incredibly unprofessional to say the least.

No money no insurance no help I was turned away because I didt have 155$ proving it about the money here not your health

Checked website before wasting my time to ensure I could do an emergency walk in on a Saturday. Walked in and reception informed me they no longer do walk ins on Saturdays. Not sure what I’m gonna do now. If I could give 0 stars I would.

If you love being in pain then this is the place for you. The dentist doesn’t prescribe pain medicine she’s very careless health point what is going on here? We need dentists that have compassion for others I won’t be back. If anyone is reading this save yourself a trip.

Don't bother making an appointment here that is 6 months out because they will call you a few weeks before and tell you it's going to be another 5 months. Completely unfair treatment of patients. They will agree that it is unfair, but say that can't do anything to help you, it is utterly ridiculous. I also got some fillings done here and ended up with a large hematoma on my gums. I went in twice more, they did x-rays, but could not find the cause of the pain. I found it after the appointment and it felt like it was the size of a golf ball. How two different dentists don't even examine your gums in the area that you tell them is causing the issue is beyond me. Reading the other reviews you can clearly see a pattern of poor care for patients, I wish I never stepped foot in this place.

If I could give this place zero stars, I would. Stay far far away from here save up your money and pay out-of-pocket because that’s what I’m going to have to do after my experience here I’ve never in my life have been so belittled and treated so poorly by people who are supposed to be in the healthy care PROFESSION system. Thank God, my mom was there to speak up for me because I couldn’t defend myself with a bunch of crap in my mouth. I don’t know if the dentists were having a bad day or what, but they were being extremely rude and aggressive during cavity fill, and extremely unprofessional never in my life. Have I ever experienced anything like this I left very upset and in tears. If you do go here, bring somebody with you. You can’t trust these people.
