3 out of 4 of my boys go here for speech therapy and everyone there is so nice and great with the kids

I can't speak to how well their therapists are, but their horrible at contacting you and setting up appointments. My son is 4 years old and needs all 3 disciplines. We were told in July of 2025 that they had PT, OT, and Speech. It took till October of 2025 for him to get evaluated, but only by Speech and OT because they no longer had a PT. My son had his evaluations and now we are into December of 2025 and no calls or emails to set up his therapy sessions.

We love Ms Amanda LaRue! She's a great SLP. She is professional and kind. My son immediately opened up to her and he looks forward to his sessions. I've seen excellent progress in his speech since we stated.

I cannot say enough about this facility.. The receptionists are always very pleasant and helpful.. They will even go over and beyond for certain situations to find the best resolve. The Therapists we have had the pleasure of knowing through our Granddaughter (of whom we have adopted), have been the utmost in all aspects.. She was non verbal up to a year ago and now actually talking! Her balance has improved so much that she hasn't become car sick in more than 6mos..She attends both Speech and Occupational Therapies. Everyone there are hard working dedicated and actually like their jobs and that is really what shows enough about the whole facility.. I'm grateful beyond words.. our grandbaby has Williams Syndtome, she is only 5yrs old, she was born with many struggles and with the help of many she is now really thriving! Although we have a large hurdle ahead of us.. I am truly confident that she will be ok in life and her struggles will be a little easier now.. I highly recommend this facility and All of the Kind most caring courteous staff here!! I was apprehensive at first visit but now very happy because my Granddaughter is happy. She actually asks," me go bye bye in car?" She wants to go even on the days she doesn't have to and the main thing I noticed is all the kids are happy there and wanting to go with each teacher! The Therapists actually greet each child at their appt time..They even reserve the last 5 min each visit to review what was worked on and what we can do to help at home.. Im giving this place a two star rating because the therapist are nice, however the way they go about scheduling is horrible. They will cancel on you and have little to no options for a rescheduled visit,Then turn around and say well since you can’t come in this is on you and will reduce your child attendance. Mam you cancelled on us . Mind you but if they run into your time would like to manipulate you with kindness.
