The office staff is absolutely amazing and so are the techs. Our son was a patient there for 2 years and we loved his techs Paulina and Trey. The OT therapist Taylor is also fantastic. I would recommend them and would seek their services if we ever went back to Jacksonville.

This is hands down one of the BEST places in Jacksonville for Autism Therapy. We had such bad experiences with another company and we switched to ATS. The staff is amazing and easy to work with. They always keep you updated with your child’s progress. My son had other services and his behavior was getting worse. Within 3 weeks of going to this facility, my son is thriving. We were able to get him potty trained, he can say more words than before, his attitude is much better and he seems much happier. My son loves everything about ATS and their staff. He thoroughly enjoys his RBT’s and his BCBA. He never liked the BCBA at the other location. His current BCBA motivates him but isn’t overbearing. She doesn’t stress him out and genuinely cares about his milestones. I cannot express my gratitude towards this company.

My experience with ATS has been a positive one. I have two children who receive services and have been amazed with the progress I have seen with them both. They have been so supportive and caring and I would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for services.

The staff works very hard to make the experience special to each person so they have the best chance of success. They are very open to concerns and can change program quickly to accommodate an issue. I have had my son in both clinic and in home and he has improved dramatically. We have worked with several different therapists in the company to discover which ones he will really work for because if child and therapist dont really click the will work with your schedule to assign someone different who may work better.

ATS is a phenomenal company! My child has been receiving services in home/in clinic/ or in the community setting now for nearly 5 years. I had given up hope with ABA due to events with another company in CA, however the Jacksonville crew has completely changed my mind and made me believe again in this type of therapy for those on the spectrum. The love, compassion, and passion for the job shines through every employee from BCBA, RBT, parent support, scheduling, billing, Secretary, literally every person that is an employee that I have ran into over the years! 10 out of 10 I would highly recommend!
