The therapist are awesome but the front desk is either not there with no way for the person to come to help can't access so mail box is almost always full. They did recently change there attendance policy so say you need to move a appointment due to sickness/death in the family ect. You can only move 3 appointments a year. If your child exceeds the 3 appointments the child goes on a weekly availability list. So you call everyday for 4 weeks to see if there is an open availability if not no therapy and that will cause you to get kicked out of the practice as well. Even though They dont answer the phone mailbox is full and when you they answer they are rushing you. Front office administrators, they need to hire front desk before they can make attendance policy changes. Therapist again are amazing professional it is truly a collective. P.S. When the therapist takes pto they call you (dont miss the call or you have to call for days or go up there.) The day before why I don't know.

If I could give them any more stars, I would! This place, specifically Eddy is amazing! My son has improved so much and it brings joy to see how happy he gets to be there and see his therapist. The amount of patience, love and care put into my son by Eddy is something I will always be grateful for. Also, the rest of their staff, especially Jocelyn is very helpful and goes above and beyond for my son and all the patients there. This is where you should take your child.

Amazing place for your child with autism, they have made such great progress with my girl. I can’t recommend this place enough!!!

They never pick up the phone. Its the closest and most available place in terms of insurance but man , they cant pick up a phone call

These people have been gaslighting me for about a year and a half. If they truly understand what it’s like to raise special need children..and how difficult and challenging it is.. they would not mess with the parents. My child insurance and PCP referred me to this place.. I completed the registration form… I’m going on 2 years not one person have seen my child or returned my call. But yet, they email and text me about billing updates, birthdays. Horrible customer service and lack of professionalism

My daughter goes here for speech therapy and we absolutely love her speech therapist. She only comes here for once a week which is fine cuz we live about an hour away give or take traffic. But it's worth it. She's had had a few speech therapists there but she has since been with the same speech therapist for a while and we absolutely love her. There are moments that my daughter has some issues where she just wants to play with the kids in the lobby which is understandable but she knows that she needs to do her speech therapy as well. Other than that, I have no issues with our speech therapy here. They have become like a second family especially cuz my kids love the kids that come in.

I have been taking my grand-baby here for several months now and the experience overall has been horrible. The front desk are not welcoming at all. They have a sign in sheet that has no purpose whatsoever. Several times I have taken my grandson to be told that his therapy session was canceled and no call at all or they have called an absent father that we have told them several times to delete that contact. Our First speech therapist was Eddie which was always late and would not give my grandson his full 30 minutes. He would call him in 7 minutes late and taken out five minutes early. Had an encounter where he had his wife and children in his room and the front desk girl had to tell him to call us in. Changed therapist to Alondra started out great and then the same encounters of bringing him in 5 to 7 minutes late. Several times my daughter had to complain and it changed. Today was the worst because not only Joselyn the front desk girl is rude and very disrespectful as she speaks to you without looking at you. Grand baby was sleep and I asked if it can be rescheduled and her attitude and no eye contact to tell me it was the end of the month and cannot be rescheduled. I told her today she was very rude and disrespectful in speaking to her screen and yet she apologizes looking at her screen. I told her that I will let my daughter reach out to them and left. Daughter reached out to the Director named Sharon which she is also one of his therapist and have no complaint with her and his therapy but as a Director she was also a waste of our time she did not seem interested nor apologetic. No answer as to why she wasn’t able to give him therapy today and was being replaced with Alondra. There are other parents there that feel the same way but don’t say anything because honestly the waiting list to get any therapy for our children is over a year long. Please be aware of this office. As I will no longer take him there.

Maria is an excellent therapist!!! She has helped my daughter improve so much and we are very grateful for that. My daughter loves coming to see her and work with her!!

The speech pathologists (Mr. Eddy, Ms. Sharon, Ms. Sydney, Ms. Mary) are absolutely amazing! They have helped my daughter, who is 6 and autistic, and my son, who is 2 and a bit speech delayed, progress tremendously and have trained me to help them daily. The front desk is always accommodating when it comes to ensuring insurance approval and helping to obtain referrals and final approval for therapies. They try really hard to schedule around a student’s school hours and to schedule siblings’ sessions simultaneously if possible. They are fabulous and would highly recommend them!
