st appointment ever. Came in about 7 minutes late, tried calling prior to getting there no answer. Get there no one's at the front desk waiting the entire rest of the time of the appointment. Someone else comes out and tries to help. No help. It was considered no call no show. 2nd appointment. I received a text stating cancelled tried to call to see they don't answer and vm is full. I'm thinking it was the appointment coming up no it was for the next week.. So the second appointment was not cancelled the 3rd appointment had cancelled. I missed the 2nd appointment bc I thought it was cancelled can't speak to anyone or leave a message. 3rd appointment. Now it's you can't be 5 minutes late. Now 3 strikes I'm on punishment they've cancelled all of my future appointments the ones I went to weekly the ones that were scheduled weekly wo cancellation wo any issues. Those are cancelled as well. Now I have to call and make an appointment each time mind you still no answer and vm is full. How can I get through to make and or cancel appointments if you don't answer and can't leave a VM. Yes I already spoke with the supervisor of course nothing was taken care of and now my son get get his speech and occupational therapy.

HealthPro Pediatrics at Riverview has an amazing staff! They are all very pleasant and knowledgeable. Margaret at the front desk works extra hard to help reschedule and accommodate all families. Lainee as a speech therapist is very informative and works above and beyond to meet the child’s needs.

Would not recommend at this time. The leadership and Staff has been very rude to us. Completely dismissing our concerns. Our son is suppose to have two sessions a week and for the longest has not been able to provide that to him because of “lack of staffing”. We have been very patient and flexible. We have been going there for two years and haven't had any issues with the customer service until recently with the new management and therapist. Hannah and Tatiana and Kirsten are very unpleasant to work.

I can’t express how much this team has changed my life. The insight and devotion they have is unmatched! I’ve been attending here almost a year for my 4 year old son. He is on the spectrum. When I tell you, Ms. Laura and Ms. Juliana have been nothing but amazing to my boy. They are his speech and OT therapist. My boys highlight is them. His face lights up even seeing Margaret in the front which she is PHENOMENAL. The best choice for the face of the office. She always has all my answers. She definitely makes a positive impact on this team because front desk is the first thing you see and again, just amazing. I don’t ever wanna go anywhere else. Thank you so much Laura, Juliana and Margaret. Danny and I love you all from the bottom of hearts!

I am extremely satisfied with the care my child receives at this clinic. The staff is highly professional, patient, and attentive. I would confidently recommend this clinic to anyone in need of speech therapy or related services. 🙌🏽

Excellent service !! from front desk ( Ms margaret and other staff , i had bo problem scheduling /rescheduling my daughter speech. Ms Vanessa her therapist she's amazing !!!! my daughter loves her . so far the most caring. my daughter improved. lot. thanks to this location.

Ms. Laura is amazing, she is kind and very patient. My daughter is always excited to go to Speech Therapy to see Ms. Laura. My daughter is speaking so much better and has improved drastically in school. Thank you for all that you do.

We are so grateful for Sra. Laura and all the kindness, patience, and dedication shown to my child. From the very beginning, she has made every session a positive and encouraging experience. My child always feels comfortable and supported, and it’s been wonderful to see how much confidence and progress has grown over time. She is excited for her sessions each time. My son has been going here less than 2 years and was discharged today after excelling at his evaluation. Ms. Laura really did such an amazing job getting my son where he needs to be. It was a bittersweet moment today, saying our goodbyes, but I am forever grateful for this facility and what they have done.

My son Mateo receives therapy from Laura (speech therapist) and Vanessa (feeding therapist), and I couldn't be more grateful. They are both incredible professionals, patient, dedicated, and full of love for my son. Thanks to them, Mateo has made great progress and always feels motivated in his sessions. I recommend their work 100%; they are the best.
