Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
This clinic is not worth your time or trust. The staff—especially the PTs, assistants, and employees—are rude and unprofessional. They tried to charge me for requesting my own medical records, and when I respectfully asked for a note confirming my visit, they declined. My wife, an FNP, says I have every right to access my records, which they ignored. This feels like a facility that operates without proper training or accountability. I strongly advise avoiding this clinic.
This was hardly therapy at all. Instead of actual treatment, most of the session was spent discussing home remedies and outside options rather than applying heat or using scraping techniques on my joints. It felt more like a casual conversation than a therapy session. My previous hand therapy provider used a variety of effective treatments—heat, scraping, putty exercises, and two types of laser therapy—that actually helped relieve pain. I left those appointments feeling better. Here, I walked out feeling exactly the same—if not worse—because no real therapy was performed. The therapist was polite but seemed almost annoyed by my presence, which made the experience even more frustrating. The office itself is disorganized and unwelcoming, and the treatment room looks like someone just moved in but never bothered to unpack. The equipment is outdated and uninspiring. Overall, I wouldn't recommend this place. I got no pain relief and wasted hours of my time on something I could have learned from a YouTube video. If you have a choice, go somewhere else.
Rude and would not recommend her to anyone. As a health care provider, I’d expect more compassion.
Kelly (The OT) is an amazing therapist. The "waiting" area is two chairs outside. However this is to respect your privacy which I really appreciate. Her knowlege leans into other areas of the body and is always looking for how to best serve her patients. Truely high treatment quality.
This is a small business with one occupational therapist and an assistant. The location is spartan, but that is typical in Hawaii. Kelly, the OT, is friendly, incredibly competent, and highly qualified. After following her prescribed protocol for a few weeks, I'm already noticing significant improvement.
The waiting room is 2 old, uncomfortable chairs OUTSIDE the front door. Office doesn't have air conditioning. The practitioner is a single-person operation (receptionist, billing, & occupational therapist). She spent more time talking about billing then actual therapy. Very unprofessional: didn't apologize for running 15min late, talks down to people (me & the patient before me), didn't knowing prices (admitted to having different pricing for different policy holders & my portion would be 30% of whatever the cost to my insurance would be); eventually shouting prices at me while walking down the hall after she called a consultant. I tried to twice to tell her to slow down her speech cadence as it was making me nervouse and hard to understand (everything from the exercise to billing). Perhaps it was an off day and she was running late, but her very negative, condescending attitude about what she does NOT do and more concern over billing than my rehabilitation was NOT pleasant. I ended up walking out after only learning only 1 exercise and the conversation got to billing. The good news is that she didn't charge my insurance for the visit. Avoid at all cost.
