I am trying to find care for a family member and was referred to this agency by Aetna, apparently I am not the only one who has had a bad experience with them. I am in my third week now trying to connect with someone in the office. Shameful

I am a social worker in the Essex County area and I have been referring my clients to Heart to Heart for over a year. They are always very responsive to the patients and families. They provide genuine quality care. I have only had positive feedback from the patients about their experience with Heart to Heart. Jack is very efficient and works hard to get the patients approved for services. As a social worker I’m so thankful to partner with them.

Disappointed with the lack of service and their inability to be open and honest. How can they be allowed to leave people without the necessary needed help - days and days at a time - without even a phone call to say no one's coming to your house??? At least have the decency to communicate responsibly. I am appalled and truly feel compassion for those people who depend on this agency and have no one else to fall back on. SAD.
