Heartleaf ABA has been a lifeline for my family. Not in the fake “we’re a family here!” corporate sloganeering bullshit, but in the actual sense of showing up, listening, and doing the work with heart and brains fully engaged. Our in-home BHP services have been consistently ethical, supportive, grounded, and genuinely tuned into my child's needs and gifts, instead of trying to mold him into some bland neurotypical template. They take the time to understand who he is and help him build skills without flattening his personality or dimming the spark that makes him him. That’s rare, that’s gold. Communication has been solid, scheduling has been flexible and every session feels purposeful rather than just metric driven. They’re respectful of boundaries, receptive to parent insight, and unafraid to personalize strategies instead of clinging to rigid, outdated approaches. We get creative over here! If you want a company that treats your child like a whole person, not a bundle of “behaviors” to extinguish, Heartleaf ABA is the one. They’ve helped our home feel calmer, more connected, and more hopeful looking toward my little guys future.

My son started here in the summer of this year, we toured a few schools in the area but after seeing Heartleaf, it immediately became our first choice! Suspended my kid from school for being immune compromised (with a diagnosis and doctor backing) for 30 days for being sick too much…. Make that make sense. Not to mention after consulting a law office it is very illegal to do so. My son was sent home from school multiple times with poop hardened all over him and bloody and raw from sitting in his own waste for long periods of time. The old BCBA was fantastic and would go to war for your kid. She even went out of her way to help my other kid who wasn’t even enrolled in that school. The new one, hides behind her degree and rides her high horse to work everyday.

We feel SO fortunate that our son has had the opportunity to attend Heartleaf ABA preschool in Augusta. Since starting last August, our son has made incredible gains with his developmental and communication goals. We have seen him do and learn things we were not sure would be possible. The staff at Heartleaf are caring, compassionate, dedicated, and fun. Our son is learning to play, gain skills in so many areas, and develop peer friendships. He genuinely enjoys going to school! ❤️
