We began in-home ABA services with Hello ABA just a couple of months ago, in January, for both of our children, and we've been absolutely thrilled with the experience. A recommendation from a teacher at our children's Bible study led us to them, and we couldn't be happier. Two years ago, we stopped in-home ABA due to the overwhelming workload and limited benefits. Hello ABA has completely turned that around. Our first tech was outstanding, immediately addressing our son's behavioral challenges that were affecting him at school and in extracurricular activities like swimming. His flexibility with our schedule and his ability to engage with all our children was invaluable. We had some initial concerns about finding a good tech for our second child, but Hello ABA quickly dispelled those fears. They are clearly committed to finding high-quality, dedicated professionals. Their thorough vetting process and genuine care for their clients are evident. Both of our techs are excellent, and our BCBA has been incredibly supportive. Despite being new to Hello ABA, we wanted to take the time to express our sincere appreciation for their exceptional services
