Hello Autism- ABA Therapy

Horrible communicators. I’ve been back and forth with this practice to start my child in their ABA services since February, it is now June. I had to constantly call every week to get an update on scheduling an appointment for him and was always told, “I will let the coordinator know and give you a call back” never happened. Then, anytime I did start in a positive direction, again, no contact. It’s like being left on read here. I’ve spent so much time and effort trying to get my son here because it seemed like a facility with great values, but to be this irresponsible with simple communication and disregard for potential clients, says enough in itself. What a shame.

Hello Autism has made a positive, significant impact on my life while being here in Texas. I’ve worked with kids before in multiple states but this program has shown me totally different regarding the care and well being for their children. Working here with these kids, I’ve grown to love ABA. I’ve had the chance to become part of a family away from my own family. I also am now going to school to become a BCBA just because of this clinic. I prefer it for any and everybody. Wonderful environment, with even more beautiful people surrounding.

The clinic has a great Bcba that really emphasizes the progression of your child’s fundamental development. She does great work, and the therapist really make the work they do feel really easy on the children. The environment is inviting for the children and the staff really keep the kids motivated and lively. They take great care of every kids needs. I highly recommend you stop by and take a look for yourself, if you have a child on the spectrum.

The staff is amazing, they are so caring and genuinely kind to each kid. The BCBA is truly talented and you can tell she loves what she does. Everything is tailored to your child’s needs and your what is important to you as a parent is taken into consideration! This is the Best Clinic in the area without a doubt.

Our non-verbal 5 year old daughter was born with a missing part on one of her chromosomes. This brought many challenges ranging from health issues to autism. One of our biggest struggles had been to find special education to fits her needs. Pre-K was good for her to attend classes surrounded by other children, but over filled classroom with one teacher was far from ideal. She started to exhibit some behavior issues, related to stress and lack of attention. We tried different ABA provider who provides therapy at home, but we could see our daughter was seeking company of other children and have some fun. Hello Autism combines the best of both worlds, with competent therapists, BCBAs who take great care of her, and other children around, in a very nice, clean environment. It's a joy to drop her off every morning seeing a smile on her face when she sees her therapists and pick her up at the end of the day in a great mood. We can say after a few weeks that her behavior had already improved and most of all she gained back her eye contact which we love the most. All in all, we cannot find any single thing wrong with this clinic and are truly GRATEFUL for finding this place!
