This facility has greatly helped my daughter in such a short time. All of the staff and communication have been wonderful.
My daughter has been apart of The Helping Hands family for about 6 months and it really has felt like a family. I know she’s in amazing care at the hands of all their employees everyday. My daughter has done more than we ever could imagine she would in another program or a regular preschool, they have gotten her to eat by herself, identify objects, potty train, speak, and just brought out the spunky, silly side of her we never saw before! If you’re looking for a warm caring ABA center this is your place to go! From when you walk in the door for drop off to pick up you’re always greeted with a smile. Love this center!
My child has been coming to this fantastic clinic for the last two weeks. He adores his behavior technicians (Hannah, Peyton, & Stephanie), and we absolutely love working with the administrative team (Brittney, Jess, and Wendi!). Cannot speak more highly about this place to my family and friends!! We are so lucky to have placement here! Five stars.
HHF Columbia has proven to be a wonderful place for my daughter. When we first began looking for a program, it was one of a few facilities with a day program and not just hourly sessions. The staff here has been so attentive to my daughter’s needs and have taken the time to really understand her. She looks forward to going each day, which speaks volumes about the level of care and connection she feels there. Her team is thoughtfully selected and they not only care about her but our family as a whole. What I especially appreciate is that the team doesn’t just rest on being “good", they are always open to feedback, making adjustments, addressing concerns, and growing as a facility. While no place is perfect, It’s clear that their focus is on providing the best possible environment, not just for my child but for all the children they support. We feel grateful for the compassionate care, and also encouraged to see a program that’s committed to continually improving.
My son has benefited immensely from ABA Theraphy at Helping Hands Family. Initially, my son struggled with communicating his needs, he would mostly use gestures, now he is able to vocally request what he wants. His social interactions, his focus and following directions has improved. I’ve seen great improvement within the 5 months he has been there. Many thanks to the dedicated therapists who have helped to facilitate his progress.

Helping Hands Family provides excellent ABA services! This has been my families first experience with ABA, as my son was diagnosed with Autism at 18 months and all of the staff have been helpful with explaining all of the processes. We love our BCBA and all the RBTs that work with our son, everyone is super warm and friendly. It has only been a few months, and my son has grown tremendously in his social interactions and communication skills. I would recommend them to anyone looking for ABA services for their child.
