They are nice enough people but not transparent about pricing and payment at all.

Terrible communication with patients. They dropped the ball twice with me. I was referred here by my PCP as they were allegedly in-network. I provided my insurance info via phone upon scheduling my intake appointment. I live in Pullman and drove to Coeur d’Alene for the appointment and found out at the appointment that it could have been virtual and someone should have given me a call about. So that was a wasted trip of 3 hours total driving for a 30 minute intake. I have since had 2 appointments with them. Now I’m being denied insurance coverage stating that this provider is “out of network”. Not a single staff member in the office communicated this when I provided my insurance information to verify. I’ll be filing an insurance appeal all because their employees don’t properly communicate with patients. I would have never gone out of my way to come here TWICE had I been informed they did not take my specific insurance. DO BETTER.

Billing practices here are insane. When my daughter first started we were told the therapist was getting licensed and would only be a few months before she was so insurance was cover sessions. We paid out of pocket for a year. Was charged for 2 appts after I called and said we wouldn’t be returning. It’s been almost two years and they still haven’t rectified those charges. Also was told our insurance would cover my daughter’s psych evaluation but then turned around and was billed hundreds of dollars.
