Hidden Peaces

This place has been real good to my family mi tell yuh. Getting started was easy, no stress at all. I love that they check your insurance first and let you know what to expect so no bad surprises when time to pay. We didn’t fully understand how health insurance works, but Ericka was kind enough to explain everything clear-clear. Holly is lovely, such a sweet one. Feels like we finally find a home, y’know? I would surely recommend this place. The only little thing is that Kierra fully booked and have a waitlist, but Holly turn out great same way.

I made an appointment here for my daughter. I filled out everything they needed, picked my daughter up from school, and showed up to our appointment.. upon arrival, I noticed that no one was in the building and the doors were locked. I called and left a message and went back to the car. I went through my emails to make sure that I got the time and date right.. I saw that I had a message from them an hour before my appointment, which stated that I did not send them my ID. Which, I’m guessing means that they cancel the appointment. I did not receive an email back or a call back about my appointment. If it was just the ID that was needed, why couldn’t they have called to tell me or got the information when I arrived to the appointment? Knowing that there is an appointment set as a placeholder, they should confirm with you or let you know about anything additional that they need, or let you know that they are changing the appointment. To me, this was the most unprofessional business I have ever encountered and it seems like they really just don’t care about their clients.. especially new clients. I’d advise to stay away from this place, as you give them all your information and theres no communication after the fact. It seemed like to me that they just wanted to leave early, and cancelled the appointment.

Please DO NOT bother with these people. They are running a FRAUDULENT business. They obtain your insurance card and license and NEVER respond. They tell you your insurance is not accepted and you will pay out of pocket even though the insurance is listed on their website. I showed up to the building and the woman saw us and drove off. PLEASE STAY AWAY!!!! I will not change my review. All communication stopped when I asked how much I would pay out of pocket. Why would someone enter personal information in a portal when you have no clue what you will have to pay. I think that is a legitimate question to ask. That was 7 pm on Tuesday and she didn't respond at all today. She just stopped when I asked about cost.

Kierra is absolutely the best and has helped me understand so much about myself and how I operate and how to improve in certain areas. She is incredibly knowledgeable and provides a safe space so I continue working on my healing journey.
