Hidden Potential has been such a blessing to our family! My son has been going to therapy for a little over 6 months and he is making great progress. You can really tell his therapists all love him and care so much about his well-being. He is so happy to go to the clinic each day and as a parent, there is nothing more comforting than that! Jennifer is an outstanding owner and you can tell she thoughtfully picks her staff and has high standards. I couldn't recommend them more for early intervention ABA!

PLEASE do your research before sending your child to this place. They DO NOT care about the patients, they only care about the money. They decided to discharge my daughter with less than a 5 day notice, they wanted to transition here in only just 3 days. EVERYONE who has a child in the spectrum knows for a FACT that neither 5 nor 3 days are ever enough for transitioning. Based on previous reviews, this company does not handle transitions properly whatsoever. The discharge came less than 3 weeks before we were due to move across the country to another state. My daughter’s BCBA and everyone in her team knew about this and knew that she needed help understanding the big transition and her BCBA had promised us that she would come up with a plan in doing so. In the past 3 months we only received parent training sessions less than a handful of times and it was NOT due to our availability, her BCBA always her mentioning how busy she was and she would try to fit it into her schedule but never did. They switched us to virtual parent session, we were only able to do that once and of course it didn’t work because they didn’t set it up properly so they had to call my phone and then the RBT phone. Again, they DO NOT care about your child. They only care about how much money they can get out of you/your insurance. As stated in a very recent review and I quote, “they also aren’t professionals at anything besides convincing insurance companies to pay”. We also came to find out about this way after the fact. They are not professionals at all, if they were, then they would know how much harm they are causing to my child, not once did we ever receive an itemized monthly bill with all the hours for that month, as required by the State. They clearly also do not proper research when hiring RBT’s, we had many issues with one of them. She caused a lot of stress and emotional distress to our other children while doing sessions in our home, something that we decided to overlook because of how much our daughter liked the other RBT she had. We had to raise our concerns multiple times before they did anything. Now looking back, I wish we had filed the proper complaints back then. All of my emails have gone ignored, I gave them the opportunity to make things right for my daughter but they also ignored me. Apparently they only have one person capable of replying back to emails and she very conveniently went on leave for a week in the middle of all of this and after being very disrespectful and showing how little disregard they had for my daughter and her well being. Given all of the above and after a very thorough investigation we have done. We came to know that this company is run very badly and will scam you as much as they can. They do not comply with MANY requirements. Again, they only care about how much money they can take from you/ the insurance. All proper complaints have been filed, our insurance has launched an investigation for fraud. To which they have been very knowingly ignoring my emails requesting documents we are very much entitled to. I am very curious to see what they actually send me, if anything. There are many other amazing ABA companies in Central Florida. If you want a company that truly cares about your child, their wellbeing and a great program, THIS COMPANY IS NOT IT. I just wish we would have done our research before hand and it would have saved our child a lot of suffering. She is still asking when they are coming and has a full meltdown when we try to explain to her that nobody is coming back. I know for a fact by the actions, disrespect and disregard they have shown, that they will not make it right by my daughter. But I sure as hell will make sure that they don’t get away with the type of malpractice they are offering and the fraud they keep on committing to the patients and the insurance companies. They have also left our child worse off.

Hidden Potential is a great ABA clinic that has changed our sons life. They are helping him become the best version of himself. He has been attending for over two years and loves all the RBTs and BCBAs. Our family was very skeptical of ABA in general prior to meeting Jennifer and she proved not all ABA is the same. Our son did not play with toys, sit for more than 5 seconds or communicating in anyway. He has grown so much there. Thank you Hidden Potential.
