My therapy at High Pointe was with Courtney P. She is amazing at what she does and she helped me greatly without judgement. She is encouraging, reassuring and compassionate. I looked forward to working with her every week. High Pointe is extraordinarily lucky to have her as an employee, she’s truly irreplaceable and one of a kind! Thank you Courtney, for everything! You deserve a daisy award!
We have LOVED our experience with High Pointe Therapy! Janelle is PHENOMENAL and made every appointment not only challenging for our daughter (who was getting therapy after her broken ankle), but so much fun. Our daughter looked forward to every appointment and was so sad when she was finished with her therapy; she loved it! I cannot recommend them enough!
Our family began services with High Pointe Therapy when my son was five and my daughter was three. Ms. Tracie and Ms. Meghan were our SLPs, and we are incredibly grateful for the progress and milestones our children achieved during their time there. They truly listened to my concerns and always provided helpful and practical strategies to support our kids both in therapy and at home. I highly recommend High Pointe Therapy to any family looking for speech therapy services. The care, patience, and dedication from the therapists made a lasting impact on our family. We will truly miss working with them.
Courtney provided an exceptional pelvic therapy experience. From the very beginning, she created a comfortable and safe environment, approaching pelvic therapy with professionalism, compassion, and ease. She thoroughly explained the anatomy of the pelvis in a way that made it easy to understand how tenderness, pain, and other symptoms can originate, which helped me feel informed and empowered throughout the process. She was extremely informative and always made sure I fully understood everything before moving forward. Courtney clearly explained each step of what she was going to do, building a thoughtful plan that focused on progress and long-term sustainment. She consistently checked in on my comfort level, from the room setup and lighting to each exercise we worked through, ensuring I felt at ease at all times. Courtney is incredibly sweet, patient, and approachable, making it easy to ask questions or voice concerns. Her attentiveness and genuine care truly set her apart. I highly recommend her pelvic therapy services to anyone seeking knowledgeable, compassionate, and thorough care.
Really nice, staff is extremely positive, patient, and professional. The only thing I’d say that I don’t like is how when sessions are over they discuss how the session went in the waiting area in front of all of the people. Other than that, I would definitely recommend for your family
Courtney is absolutely amazing for pelvic floor therapy! Highly recommend!
Excellent facility, staff and care. Thank you to therapist Courtney P for challenging me with new exercises each session. I'm grateful to know how to better care for myself and have far less pain!
Kelly the PTA is exceptional. Very thorough and knowledgeable and kind. On the opposite, Kelly the Physical Therapist was rough, she ignored me when I told her to stop, that my threshold for pain had been exceeded. She looked me in the face and said “Baby I’m not going to stop when you tell me to stop”. I had to complain about her and request not to be treated by her. She caused actual pain to my body and loss of sleep- MORE DAMAGE. The PTA intervened and spoke to her and then we talked and I told her no means no and stop means stop and if there’s no trust she cannot touch me. She agreed to respect my boundaries only after collegue intervention and my firm discussion. They also charge $30 late fees if you do not let them know 24 hours AHEAD OF TIME that you cannot attend. I’m not sure who can predict pain, illness or catastrophe 24 hours prior to it happening. I cancelled all of my appointments after missing one appointment and being charged $30 when I gave them 6 hours notice. It was the best I could do. The girls at the desk were friendly. That’s the only positive I can say about it. Someone in the back area has a service dog and I was once parked when she brought the dog out to potty. I didn’t know she was an employee and I just needed to open my car door and didn’t want to bother them but they were very close to my door. I rolled the window down and said I needed to get out please. She grunted and huffed at me, and I politely apologized. The audacity I had for wanting to exit my vehicle!!!! Then she walked in front of me to the building and I said “oh we’re going to the same place! Guess we’re both doing the same thing today” and she huffed and rolled her eyes and said NO I WORK HERE!!! I smiled and thought to myself the service dog must be for your mental illness because you’re very unkind and moody and i immediately felt sad for the poor dog. And the coworkers. If she was rude to a customer who did nothing to her how must she be on the daily? Of course she went in first and slammed the door on me. Very unprofessional staff other than the PTA who was on top of things. I even had issues with billing. Nothing was easy or pleasant there. Highly do not recommend
Loved Autumn for my postpartum care! My baby tagged along with me to most sessions, and Autumn would go above and beyond to keep him entertained while I did my exercises. She is very knowledgeable and considerate. Recommend to all moms!
I had a great experience with High Pointe. The receptionists are friendly and welcoming. They communicated very well. Scheduling was easy. The physical therapists are professional, and knowledgeable. I worked with both Autumn and Courtney for pelvic floor physical therapy, and both therapist were amazing.
