High Valley Developmental Services

Our adult son (nonverbal, autism) went to High Valley for a little less than 2 years. The staff there treated him so well and were very good at communicating with us. We have seen him grow in a variety of ways and it has been a blessing to have him in an encouraging and caring environment. If, like us a couple of years ago, you are looking for a day program to help your special kid (of nearly any level), we highly recommend the folks here as they will care for your kid like one of their own.

We have a disabled son who goes to High Valley Boise Center. All of the help is so kind to him. There are wonderful, fun activitues for the patrons to do as well as activities to meet goals. Vickie and Shawn Horn are well versed on H&W rules. Vickie ia a true advocate for the clients and families. We are thankful everyday that our son has a safe, clean and fun place to go with people who care about him and his special needs.

The Owners of High Valley care deeply for not just the participants but their employees as well. It shows in the high moral the staff has and how long many of the staff have been employed there. My boys have been at High Valley for many years. They love it there - I love having them there! I feel they are safe and the owners and staff go above and beyond what they are suppose to do. I would, and have, recommended High Valley to anyone in need of a developmental center!

Whoever is in van 19 at 3pm January 15th is a very dangerous driver. They purposefully sped up when behind me in a merge lane causing me to have to slam on my breaks and drive on the shoulder until they passed. This made it extremely dangerous for me to continue to merge into traffic. Watch out for their drivers!
