I find it disgusting that this individual works with children let alone black children with disabilities with that kind of mindset. Is this what your company represents, should our children who have disabilities and can’t properly communicate be subjected to possible harm from this individual. I take this very seriously as you should. This individual should not be apart of this company and should not represent this company with that mindset. Due the right thing and terminate this individual and keep her away from possibly harming and child who has disabilities.
