I am going to give this place 4 stars. I LOVE LOVE MY DR. DR RICHARDS. She cared about my mental health and treated me as a person from the second I walked in that room. She is trying so hard to find the right med for me. Being very patient and kind. Getting to know me taking her time which I love and truly appreciate. Now the counselors/therapist on the other.. the first one I got she answered the phone the whole time poor girl was so lost she was an intern. I told her i was not upset. It wasn’t her fault. The second therapist I got was ok. He just listened to me. Just let me let it all out. Didn’t give me any feedback except telling me that I am very self aware and I know what to do. However it was my first session so with that being said I think the advice he gave me was what I needed to hear. We have had one hiccup where my prescription wasn’t sent it should have been but that was quickly resolved. I see a lot of bad reviews but they have been so good to me. From the front desk to the schedulers to the counselors to the drs. They saw how bad I needed help and they helped me. They made me feel seen and heard for the first time in so long. The meds they prescribed helped me tremendously. I recommend this place.

I heard someone mention the word “BEHAVIOR”, but deeply my partner went here while I was somewhere else in Vicksburg, Mississippi. You might can say Jarice Veal is the therapist over there for some time, and as a wife to my partner… Jarice was a very nosy woman pretending to not notice your boundaries. You’ll find other clients who don’t speak about her, so be brave now because it’s time to get emotions out the bottle. If you don’t share how they treat you, they will control and tease your level of joy even when you meet new people. They will belittle you and the people that are close to you. That’s how they do WITCHCRAFT and harass you with “LOTS OF MAIL” in your mailbox. STAY FREE! ~ Su’Nearthia Wyta

For 6 months I have been trying to get an appointment with a therapist. In 2023 I had one there but she left a few months later and they gave me another. She then left a few months later as well and they set me up with another but I felt okay enough to not go and just get my meds for the psychiatrist there. But tragedy struck my household months ago and ever since I’ve only been sent to voicemail by the therapist supervisor and the therapist they claim is mine. I have left NUMEROUS voicemails with my name, number, and the issue etc along with me kind of breaking down in one voicemail begging for them to call me back so I could talk to a therapist due to a serious accident my boyfriend was involved in but no one ever returns the calls and the front desk ladies can only transfer me to the therapist but like I said they NEVER answer. I will NOT be returning.

If you have insurance and can afford to go literally anywhere else, do it. No one here cares about you.

These people don’t care about you they’re just there for a check. My therapist, on numerous occasions scheduled my appointment with her and when I got there I was informed that she was NOT there on that day. This happened more than once . I feel like they were no help to me

There are some rare gems there so I can't give them one star. I can tell you that at 8:00 or 8:15 you can call and get a message about their normal business hours and it will be well past their normal business hours. Instead of downing them I will say investigate this place and find what works for you. There can be a disconnect in anything where people come to work just to get paid and don't care about the people. You can visually read that on some people, but right now I have a counselor that's really cool for me. Aside from counseling and therapy I believe that there are groups that can help you become aware, mindful and assess what needs to happen for healing. For some this is their only hustle whether it be patient or doctors, just decide early what you want and need. Don't come with unrealistic expectations.

I have been a client their for quite some time, I love everything about this place, the counselors are awesome, the class sessions are hard on you- mind blowing, kicks butt and gets str8 down to it, and they actually show they care about their patients and value their lives, front desk is friendly, welcoming and patient, the whole team and atmosphere there is comforting, determined, inspiring and life changing. I’d definitely highly recommend any friend of a friend or someone who truly needs help with their addiction to this facility where in my experience you get superior care!! P.s. Laboratory lady on adult side can definitely use an attitude adjustment!!
