They do a good job reconnecting parents with her kids...

I like working with home base for visitation with my children. My worker is absolutely honest about constructive criticism in the best way. Typically, if a parent wants to improve they need constructive criticism and honesty. I appreciate all that they've done for me and I'm starting parenting and adult life skills soon and I believe it will be beneficial!

I wouldn’t even give them just 1 star if I didn’t absolutely have to in order to make my point here. 1 (One) month. That is how long I have been waiting for someone competent at this office (really anyone) to communicate. 1 month. That is how long the request from CPS has taken HomeBase to respond to. Oh wait, as of this writing, they STILL have not communicated. 1 month. Zero action.

The staff seem like nice people but like other social services, they are grossly understaffed. They cancel visits constantly for meetings and they have no backup staff to take over if someone is ill or out of work. If you have the option to go elsewhere consider it. They need more staffing, a location with a parking lot, and a consistent schedule that prevents the harm they are causing to already traumatized families who depend on them for visits.

The place is dirty the people are very rude they were never on time when I had to be there they aren't trusting people they act nice to your face and then they turn around and talk to a nother group about you and your case. They dont clean the toys and they wont allow u to have a copy of your visitation so that then can lie on u so they can keep your kid for more money
