If you’re considering this agency, I advise to reconsider. I expected a professional and supportive experience for my child but our experience was deeply disappointing. Staff need training, it took months to get a Assessment, after I was told that there is no waiting list, and “someone will reach out soon”, but no one will ever reach out, I always had to reached out first. Sessions were never conducted for the full time. Communication was poor when I raised the issue with management the response was dismissive, and offered no solution.I will never recommend this agency they are about the money not the families. They need to be shutdown !
