Great front desk and scheduling experience. I react under overhead brights and they brought a lamp to the exam room.

I've lived a lot of places and HMC has shown the most caring and competence of all the other medical facilities I've used.

As a patient advocate I am horrified with the incompetence of the nurse and the staff at this clinic. My patient has waiting over a week for a prescription to be called in for shingles. She has suffered needlessly as the staff is unable to expedite a simple prescription order! For the love of God get a competent staff in this facility .

My health is their first priority. Thank you all for your courteous service

Went to Homer Medical for many years. High turnover and poor training for front desk. Very incompetent and they never own up. They will always blame you for the mi's direction and poor service. Anna Williams is one of the worst. I'm pretty sure she's there because she can breathe and shows up every day. I've had several misdiagnosed issues from her and she will not refer I'd you need it. Even an allergist! I've also had been mis prescribed medicine and it was a complete hassle to try to get anyone to help me change it. My favorite was when my husband had a doctor google his symptoms and told him to see a dentist. No referral or extra help, just a not my problem. Vaccines? Good luck. These people have no idea what a vaccination schedule is and will not follow any guidelines.

I saw Anna Williams sometime in 2021 for herniated discs. She did an xray and told me that she didn't think I have herniated discs, and that the reason I'm in pain is because I was overweight and my att poor mental health was contributing to my pain. At the time I had to use a cane because of the pain and still do some days. I do in fact have herniated discs. Since then Ive asked it to be put into my file that I don't want to see her and that I wanted to report her for her unprofessional conduct. They haven't, and every time I've called to set an appointment they try to put me with her. They set my daughter up with her and when my partner requested the same thing to be put into my daughters file they said okay and that it was done. Called them today and have gone to voicemail almost every time but they once again tried to set up an appointment with Anna Williams. I requested my files and they said theyd send me to medical records and instead transferred me to the nurse station for Anna Williams. Go anywhere but here if you can help it.

We were visiting Homer as tourists when my mother developed an issue. They were able to see her via telehealth quickly, they resolved her problem, and we were able to continue on our trip as planned. The doctor was very nice and the staff were very empathetic and helpful. This place is great! Thanks so much!
