Hello I would like to say how well April Brigham does for not only for homewatch caregivers but for us individuals with disabilities. She takes the time to listen to what I have to say and take the time to answer any questions I may have she’s always patient and never rushes me. April makes sure I have all I need day by day Done such as groceries dr appointments or just activities or things I would like to do in the community. April has a good heart on her and aways put us first priority’s before her own she does a great job not only as a director but as a support person. April always puts a smile on my face makes my days filled with joy and happiness. I’m happy April does what she does because she’s does great at it and I just love her to pieces she makes me laugh and just makes my days brighter day by day and if I’m feeling down she knows how to make my days filled with love and happiness I’m happy to get to be with such a great company

I been with homewatch caregivers since December of 2021 my dream was to always go on a cruise to the Bahamas well on may of 2025 thanks to my director of homewatch April Brigam she made it happen for me and I’m got to fulfill my dream and got to go to the Bahamas it was a blast and I love this company because not only is she the director but she’s also an natural support to me and makes sure that my wants and dreams happen and helps me step by step how to make it happen I recommend this company to anyone who needs services you won’t be disappointed I been here from 2021 till now and I’ve had the best help as a person who’s disabled and I wouldn’t change it for the world my director had helped me be the young woman I am today and what ever I may need assistance with she’s there to help.

You guys don't follow the rules and don't have any clue what they are doing and treat us like children. And the agency works for the client not us for you.

Just wanted to share my very positive experience with Homewatch They do a fantastic job working with my Autistic son Relaible and professional and staff who seem to really enjoy what they do!

Very happy with Homewatch! Homewatch was referred to me by my ISC who said they come highly recommended. Well I couldn't agree more! Their aides have all proven to be reliable, kind, and have worked well with my son. I've had a couple issues that Homewatch has handled both professionally and timely. Mike, the Program Specialist for my son, is terrific. He is always available and bends over backwards to ensure my son is well cared for. There are a lot of care agencies out there, but my experience with Homewatch has definitely been second to none.

I had an outstanding experience with Homewatch Caregivers. They help my wife and me with our son who has Autism and is on the spectrum. He is pretty independent but needs help with school work and socializing, and the caregivers at Homewatch do a really good job helping him with this. I have never used another company but based on what Ive heard from other parents, Homewatch is one of the best provider agencies out there. Nothing but a positive experience for our family.
