Comprehensive ABA therapy services tailored to your needs
The dedication the owner and staff provide for their children is unmatched. I would highly recommend this facility for anyone who is in need.
I have nothing but great things to say about Hope 4 Autism! I had the opportunity to be at the clinic earning my supervision hours as I was working on my Masters Degree. They have wonderful, caring staff that work there. The owner goes out of her way to provide the best service for children. An example; hosted a graduation for the little ones that were leaving to attend public school.
Hope 4 Autism a Qualified Healthcare Professional facility, who identifies the adaptive or maladaptive behavior of patients by administering several different types of tests whether it is face-to-face and/or non face-to-face. The initial procedure code when non face-to-face time for the QHP to score assessments is coded 97151. Assessments and reassessments require extensive non-face-to-face time for the QHP to score assessments, review records and data, and write or update the treatment plan. That can take several hours, and in many cases occurs across multiple dates of service. That is why only this code allows for reporting of non-face-to-face time. Again, the QHP scores the test, interprets the results, develops a plan of care, prepares a report, and discusses the findings and recommendations with the parent, guardian, and/or caregiver analyzing past data.
Regarding the review about Arkansas Medicaid - The provider did NOT fraudulently bill Arkansas Medicaid. This is similar to correcting a TYPO – nothing more. This is not fraud. Denials and rejections are part of the billing process. Only when Medicaid ACCEPTS the bill for processing is it presented for payment. Billers may need to make more than one attempt for a bill to be accepted for processing. Denied (irrelevant) claim attempts ARE VISIBLE but they are NOT RELEVANT and not considered for process/payment. My experience has been that this provider is extremely ethical in business and billing practices.
I give them 0 put of 5 stars. They will not answer the phone while your child is in school. They say it is because they are short staffed and busy with the children. Thier phone doesn't even ring, the only option is to leave a voice-mail. They have fraudulently billed medicaid for services not even performed on my daughter. This is a terrible place to send your child!
